According to Article 31 of the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is prohibited throughout Aspire Resort and in all guest rooms. Violators may be subject to a fine of NT$2,000 to NT$10,000.
Cleaning Fee
If smoking is found in guest rooms or indoor areas of the resort, a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged to the occupying guest.
Damage Compensation
If any damage to facilities or equipment is caused, the guest will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs in addition to the cleaning fee.
