Lost & Found Service

Items left behind by guests will be kept by Aspire Resort for up to six months and announced on the Lost & Found section of our official website.

If you have misplaced any personal belongings during your stay, dining experience, meeting, or while using our facilities, please contact us through the following methods.

How to Claim Lost Items

Pick Up in Person or Arrange Delivery

Lost items should be claimed in person by the owner or an authorized representative at Aspire Resort. If you are unable to visit in person, the item may be returned via T-Cat courier service with payment upon delivery. Related shipping fees shall be borne by the owner.

Important Notes

Lost items will be kept for six months. Please claim your item within the stated period.

Food, perishable items, items that may spoil easily, or items that may produce odors will not be kept overnight and will be disposed of directly by the resort.

Items that remain unclaimed after the announcement period will be handled by Aspire Resort.
